Module 1: Removing DIM Foods

Homework for Module 1:

  • Weigh yourself so you can see before/after results
  • Grocery shop for LIT foods/purge pantry of DIM foods
  • Track carbs on MyFitnessPal app
  • Bonus homework:

Module 2: Adding LIT Foods

Homework for Module 2:

  • Order pH strips if desired and test pH levels daily
  • Take note of the 5 LIT Foods you incorporated into your diet for the week 
  • Try experimenting with ketones

Module 3: Explaining Keto Basic

  • Experiment with new keto recipes, there are SO many out there to choose from (try not to get overwhelmed by this!), there is absolutely nothing wrong with sticking to a few favorites! 

Module 4: Transitions And Transition Timing

  • Try a few of the hacks that were discussed in the module!
  • Listen to the Q&A for this week to hear about the LIT Scale, then download and check out the LIT Scale below. 

Module 5: How To Get More Buzz

Homework for Module 5:

  • Try some Guided Meditations on Youtube
    (Ask Angels is Dr. Lisa’s favorite)
  • Try my “Fatty Coffee” recipe that I shared in this module!
  • Test your ketone levels

Module 6: System Impacts

Homework for Module 6:

  • Take note of and record some of the ways you have noticed your body adapting to the ketogenic diet.

Module 7: Intermittent Fasting

Homework for Module 7:

  • It has been 7 weeks! What new recipes have you incorporated? REFLECT ON THE FOLLOWING: Are you getting used to a higher fat diet? How is your body adjusting? How do you feel mentally and energetically?
